Disciplines and what they address

Session length: 60 minutes
Relaxation massage
A full-body session using light to medium pressure and flowing strokes. Designed to ease general tension and support a calmer, more settled state after a busy week.
Session length: 60 or 90 minutes
Deep tissue massage
Slower, firmer pressure targeting deeper muscle layers, often focused on the back, neck, and shoulders. Suited to persistent muscle tightness; pressure is adjusted with you throughout the session.

Session length: 45 or 60 minutes
Sports and muscle recovery
Targeted work on major muscle groups used in training, intended to help with post-activity stiffness and general muscle recovery. This is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Before and after your session
How every appointment is run
Each session follows the same standards from consultation through aftercare.
Step one
Individual consultation
Before each session we review your goals, any health concerns, and the pressure you prefer, so the session is planned around you.
Step two
Hygiene protocols
Linens are changed between clients, equipment is cleaned to a documented routine, and the treatment space is kept tidy and ventilated.
Step three
Post-session guidance
We share simple aftercare advice, such as hydration and gentle movement, and invite questions about how you felt during and after the session.
